Shipping, duties & delivery
Everything leaves from Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. Orders placed before 14:00 HKT are handed to DHL the same business day.

Duties & taxes
For the EU, UK, US, Japan and Australia we ship DDP — import VAT and duty are calculated at checkout and prepaid, so nothing is collected on delivery. Other destinations ship DAP; local charges may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
Packaging
Every unit ships in a moulded-pulp tray inside a recycled board box, with the calibration card, USB-C cable and a microfibre pouch. No plastic filler. Box dimensions 240 × 180 × 90 mm, 0.6 kg.
Tracking & signature
A DHL tracking number is emailed at dispatch and appears in Account → Orders. Deliveries over $500 require a signature; you can redirect to a DHL service point from the tracking page.
Lost or damaged parcels
Report within 14 days of the delivery estimate. We open a DHL investigation and either reship immediately (units under $500) or after the claim is accepted. Photograph the outer box before opening if it is visibly damaged.
